Oliver Škrobot

Attorney at Law, born in 1970, he graduated at the Faculty of Law at Zagreb University in 1995, passing the bar exam in 1998. Since 1996 he worked at legal department of Auto Hrvatska d.d., solving all legal issues. In the year 2002 he became member of the Board in charge of legal affairs and general support. In the year 2008 he became attorney at law and founded ŠKROBOT AND PARTNERS ATTORNEYS AT LAW. Apart from significant experience in solving the most complicated legal issues, he also acquired rich experience in leading people, projects and processes.

Areas of practice: general legal support, civil and commercial contracts, property managment, debt recovery, corporate law.

Marijan Vešligaj

Attorney at Law, born in 1973, he graduated at the Faculty of Law at Zagreb University in 1999, passing the bar exam in 2002.
Since the year 2000 he worked as corporate lawyer with Auto Hrvatska d.d. There he worked at solving various legal issues, becoming the head of Legal and Human Potentials Department.
In the year 2008, Marijan Vešligaj became attorney at law and founded ŠKROBOT AND PARTNERS ATTORNEYS AT LAW.

He acquired rich experience in legal support to the companies, especially in the labour and debt recovery fields.

Areas of practice: general legal support, civil and commercial contracts, labor law,  debt recovery, administrative law.

 

Boris Švel

Attorney at Law, born in 1971, he graduated at the Faculty of Law at Zagreb University in 2001, he started training with Bogdanović, Dolički & Partners Attorneys at Law, becoming a member of the Croatian Bar Association in the process.
In the year 2008, Marijan Vešligaj became attorney at law and founded ŠKROBOT AND PARTNERS ATTORNEYS AT LAW.

He is skilled at support of investments, real estate acquisition and development, as well as dispute prevention.

Areas of practice: general legal support, civil and commercial contracts, real estate acquisition and development, inheritance law, constitutional law.

 

Krešimir Sliepčević

dipl. iur., born in 1972, he graduated at the Faculty of Law at Zagreb University in 2000. He was corporate lawyer in Autohrvatska d.d., passing the bar exam in 2004. Since 2008, he is the secretary of ŠKROBOT AND PARTNERS ATTORNEYS AT LAW .
